Are you a college or professional athlete looking to be better than you were last season? Are you looking to stay ready and tackle your preseason camp feeling more confident than ever? If you are willing to put in the work, at KFP we specialize in helping the elite exceed goals they have set for themselves. Sport specific training, combine prep and other seasonal prep programs available with experience working with athletes from volleyball, tennis, soccer, football, and basketball. Our Pro and College Performance programs take on an aggressive approach in terms of movement, plyometrics, strength training, and power output. Blocks of training consists of functional movements that incorporate multi-joint action and core stability. The plyometrics and movement blocks typically begin with predictive drills, but then concentrate more on a reactive component. For pro athletes, we further enhance powerful, explosive qualities by creating drills that consistently emulate game like scenarios and movements. Traditional strength training is used as a base of maintaining and increasing strength and power, but these movements are coupled with more dynamic movements focused on increasing performance. We create personalized programs for each athlete to follow that will push you to new levels and prepare you for playing at the top of your game. As high level athletes, recovery is extremely important, so we teach athletes how to diligently keep their bodies healthy through a variety of techniques and specialized equipment.
